Xmas Delivery 2019
Updated 5pm, Friday 20th December
It's now too late to order for Christmas delivery using standard services. Sorry!
However, UK orders dispatched via Special Delivery on 23rd December will be delivered on 24th December, with the following restrictions:
Special delivery orders need to be received by 4pm on 23rd December.
Your item needs to be in stock (see below).
Special Delivery needs to be added to your cart before check out.
You can check if an item's in stock by calling 020 8549 5871. For in-stock items, you can also order online to collect from the shop. Choose 'Collect In-store' as your postal zone when you check out.
Below are Royal Mail's recommended last posting dates for delivery by 24th December. With the exception of UK Special Delivery, these services do not have a delivery guarantee, so we won't be able to tell you on what date your package is likely to arrive, but if dispatched by the dates shown below, items should be delivered by 24th December.
Eastern Europe (excluding Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia), Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Far East, Central and South America 11th December
Canada, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, USA, Finland, Sweden 13th December
Rest of Europe 17th December
UK standard delivery 18th December
UK with FREE delivery upgrade 20th December
This service isn't tracked, but you can add Signed For
UK Special Delivery 23rd December (delivery on 24th December)
Orders need to be received by 4pm latest and your item needs to be in stock.
We'll send automated confirmation / dispatch notifications for your order to the email address you provide, so please be sure that's correct and that emails from banquetrecords.com are not being treated as spam.
Royal Mail advise that all packages dispatched via standard delivery by 18th December will be delivered by 24th December.
Standard delivery packages do not require a signature. However, if Royal Mail can't deliver due to the package not fitting through a letterbox and / or nobody being at the delivery address, your package may be held at your local delivery office. You should receive a card notifying you of this, but in our experience that doesn't always happen. If you've received a dispatch notification for your order and it hasn't been delivered within 3 working days, it's worth a check with your delivery office before you contact us.

You can view details of specific delays at the Royal Mail service update page, updated daily.
A reminder that items shown on the site are 'available' (more here) but this does not always mean they're currently in stock. The website isn't currently able to reflect 'live' stock levels and sometimes items will sell out in the shop or go out of stock with suppliers. Unfortunately that can often happen with vinyl, which takes longer to re-press.
Bear in mind that everything from processing your order to it being delivered is likely to take a little longer at this time of year because, well, it's Christmas.
Please note: The mail order office will be closed 25th / 26th December - enquiries sent after 2pm Monday 24th December will receive a response after 26th December. There will be very little movement of post between 24th December and 2nd January, so expect orders placed during that period to take longer than usual to arrive.
