Toothless / Aquilo / New Slang

Thursday 26th January at New Slang, 9:00pm

The night before both of their debut albums are released, Toothless and Aquilo come down to New Slang to celebrate with a double release show.

Toothless is the solo project from Bombay Bicycle Club's, Ed Nash. He's no stranger to Kingston, but this is early in the days of this new moniker. Listen below to what to expect.. This is crafted melodic indie-rock, and should be great.

Aquilo's sound focuses around extremely atmospheric pop with an ethereal feel, heart wrenching lyrics and elegant vocals throughout. Expect a captivating performance.

After the show, we return to the more usual New Slang sounds where you can expect to hear the likes of Wolf Alice, Vaccines, Jamie T, Two Door Cinema Club, The 1975, Bastille, Sundara Karma and many more.

Doors: 9:00pm
Aquilo: 9.30pm
Toothless: 10.45pm

CD + Ticket combos are available for £9 or you can buy tickets separately HERE

Please Note: The Hippodrome is an 18+ venue. Valid PHOTO ID will be required.

New Slang is held at The Hippodrome, 1 St James Road, Kingston, KT1 2AH
