SOLD OUT.
This is the 9:00pm New Slang show (18+). The Wombats are also playing an all ages show earlier the same night and tickets are still available! Find out more and get tickets here.

Tickets ordered from 4pm on 12th February are for collection at The Hippodrome on the night of the show. Please bring your order number with you.

Just after the release of their new album The Wombats make their return to New Slang.

What an excellent band where smiles come as standard.  For this gig, they'll be celebrating the release of their fourth album Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life. Expect another huge dose of addictive and sensational guitar-pop / indie-rock that's sure to be adored.

The album finds The Wombats pushing the boundaries of alt-pop innovation with a lush, ultramodern indie soundscape wrapped in Blade Runner synths, future grooves, celestial solos and space age melodies.

After the show, it's New Slang as usual where you can expect to hear the likes of Foals, The Vaccines, Wolf Alice, Two Door Cinema Club, Catfish & The Bottlemen and many more until 2AM.

Album+Tickets are available from £15 or more ticket options are available here.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose Collect In-store as your delivery option your full order, including tickets, will need to be collected from the shop rather than from the venue.

BLOXX - 9:30pm
