A new remix album from The Horrors, taking tracks from their 2017 album V and having a range of guests warp and slice their neo-psychedelic post-punk tunes into new forms.
A love of dance music has been omnipresent in the world of The Horrors. It has been a constant influence, helping to inform and shape our creative development over the years.
We now find ourselves in an era surrounded by supreme electronic talent, with friends such as HAAI, Cleric, Manni Dee and Giant Swan inspiring dancers the world over. It felt only natural that we unleash them on V, fully encouraging these sonic warriors to deconstruct the tracks beyond recognition and bring a new context to our music.
The result is a carefully curated collection of visceral techno and confrontational rhythm; a speculative window into the band’s forthcoming material.
