Captain Beefheart & His Magic Bands Magneticism II - The Very Best of Captain Beefheart & his Magic Bands Viper CD | LP
Murdock Stronger Murdock’s debut album is about to land on Viper Recordings and it’s a snapshot of what the label has achieved within its fifteen years of history. They’ve been able to provide a platform for an artist like Murdock, one of the most notable figures across drum & bass and one who has repeatedly provided a place for artists to showcase their records at his formidable Rampage Festival in Belgium. However, it’s his music which has recently caused just as much attention. Following the singles which have proven that Murdock’s just as much of a producer as he is a ground breaking curator, ‘Stronger’ is looking to capitalise on its journey for its full release. One look at the LP’s packed track listing gives weight to this fact. With names like Jenna G, Shystie, Roni Size and Errol Dunkley all making an appearance, Murdock has joined forces with many artists who have individually made an impact on the drum & bass scene and ‘Stronger’ is a celebration of the genre Murdock has committed to pedestalling. After the release of ‘Let it Go’ ft. M’Leah, ‘Holding On’ alongside James Marvel and ‘Dark Cloud’ with Dynamite MC, Murdock returns with a host of new music. Tracks like the soul infused ‘Make Me Stronger’, featuring Jenna G on vocals, as well as collaborations ‘Double Dutch’ with Roni Size and ‘Breathe’ where Goldi Phone Home lends her talent all reveal the first part of the album’s fresh sounds. Following The Prototypes huge "City of Gold" album on Viper Recordings in 2015, Viper have pulled in the heavyweights to put their signature sounds on this massive remix EP of some of the biggest hit tracks from the album. The EP features two brand new Drum & Bass remixes from Calyx & TeeBee and InsideInfo. First up, Calyx & TeeBee have once again delivered one of the biggest DNB tracks of the year with their remix of the anthem "Pale Blue Dot". While Viper's own InsideInfo has taken the trippy, downtempo sounds of "Redose" up to 174bpm levels with a stomping, techy remix in his unmistakable signature sound. Viper Recordings 12"

ShockOne The Re-Fix EP ShockOne drops 'The Refix EP' on 2 seperate promos through Viper recordings! Mega. ShockOne is quite simply one of the hottest properties in drum and bass. 2009 proved to be a breakthrough year for ShockOne, first with the release of ‘The ShockOne EP’ on Viper Recordings, featuring the huge anthem ‘Polygon’ which received the stamp of approval from Annie Mac on Radio 1 (calling it “the biggest drum and bass track out”) alongside high rotation playlisting on Australia’s Triple J show. This was followed by ShockOne’s simply huge remix of the Brookes Brothers ‘Crackdown’ which was hammered by both Zane Lowe (“one of my favourite slices of drum and bass in 2009") and Nick Grimshaw (“this is a massive record”) – with Zane even pulling the rewind live on Radio 1! The track featured on last years critically acclaimed Viper Recordings album ‘Acts Of Mad Men’ (Radio1 'Album of the Week' & Mixmag compilation of the month). With releases under his belt for labels such as Simon Bassline Smith’s Technique, Andy C’s Frequency and DJ Friction’s Shogun Audio, ShockOne then signed on exclusively for Futurebound’s Viper Recordings and is currently hard at work in his Perth studio on his debut album, due for release early 2011. With special VIP versions of both ‘Polygon’ and ‘Chronic’ tearing clubs apart on dubplate, ShockOne enlisted two of the most exciting new artists in dance to re-work tracks from ‘The ShockOne EP’ to complete a devastating package which wets the appetite for ShockOne’s full length debut.
