James Blake
Assume Form
The fourth full length album from the critically acclaimed James Blake, featuring a world-class range of guests, including Andre 3000, Travis Scott, Rosalia, Moses Sumney and Metro Boomin. As unrestricted by genre as it is always underpinned by classic, emotionally-open songwriting, James Blake’s new album is arguably his most direct, eclectic and pure artistic statement to date. ‘Assume Form’ also follows a rich period of creative and personal evolution for James, who has spoken candidly about his experiences of mental health, modern-day masculinity, and finding peace. Even the album artwork would appear to represent a fundamental shift for Blake, no longer distorted by illustration, landscape or design, but staring right at you – and into the future.

Allan Rayman
Harry Hard-On
Canadian singer-songwriter Allan Rayman is back with a brand new EP, Harry Hard-On. Produced by Andrew Dawson (Daytona [Pusha T], My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy [Kanye West]) and released on Alex Da Kid’s imprint KIDinaKORNER (Imagine Dragons, Skyler Grey, X Ambassadors). Allan Rayman, the a young, cryptic performer hailing from a place called Lost Springs, now based in Toronto, is a consummate storyteller. Through his compelling narrative, he weaves his tales of love, death and emotional struggle, presenting a new chapter of his story with every release. Harry Hard ON mixes elements of 80’s rock and that familiar 90’s grunge sound Allan utilized throughout last year’s Courtney EP and his Roadhouse 01 long-player, with R&B and hip-hop influences apparent. The album leaves us with anthems and ballads alike, with the lead track ‘Rose’ carving the storyline by exploring the dark side of fandom with the idea that no matter how big or small an artist is, you never know who is in the audience.
