Moby More Fast Songs About The Apocalypse LP is pressed on pink vinyl. Following up from These Systems Are Failing, Mody & The Void Pacific Choir bring More Fast Songs About The Apocalypse. Tight drumming and concise guitar riffs, delivered with a decidedly aggressive edge, form a base to launch sharp, angular synths with tense melodies. Add not-quite-screeching punk style vocals singing heavy, world-weary lyrics and you have what at first sounds like an angst-ridden, alternative rock/industrial hybrid. Little Idiot CD | LP

Moby Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt Moby has released a new single and video for “Like a Motherless Child,” from his forthcoming album Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt. Featuring LA-based soulstress Raquel Rodriguez, “Like a Motherless Child” is a re-work of the well- known spiritual, with its origins in the slavery of the American South. The track describes the void left when one feels separated from a parent, higher power or similar guiding force. Over the years this powerful song has been reinterpreted by the likes of Odetta, Lena Horne, Mahalia Jackson and Van Morrison. The album is a glowing tapestry exploring spirituality, individuality and the brokenness of humanity and finds him returning to his orchestral, soul, trip-hop and gospel roots. Little Idiot CD | LP

Moby Go Three remixes of Moby's 1990 song Go, originally released as the lead single from his self-titled album. “I was at school in London when i first heard ‘Go’. It was played a lot on Kiss FM which we all used to listen to. I didn’t watch twin peaks so i didn’t know that this was where the big string chords had come from, it just hit me emotionally and i loved it. i also loved the mournful ‘yeah-eah- eah’ sample which was so simple but completely perfect. a lot of techno and rave was quite brash at that time and this was an antidote for me. At that age, if i was really into something i would work out how to play it on the piano and i remember sitting in the music room at school, hammering out the ‘moby chords’ when i should have been practising my scales. i don’t really regret that - at least i knew the chords when it came to making a remix years later!” - Rex the Dog - 2016 Little Idiot 12"
