Kindness That's Alright London's electro-funk wizz Adam Bainbridge, aka Kindness, releases That’s Alright and sounds like a party, Prince style! Led by a sultry, ruminative saxophone solo, the track revels in the funk-infused go-go scene, eventually emerging as a dream alliance of Nile Rodgers, Giorgio Moroder and Afrika Bambaataa circa 1985 - electro-funk, synth-pop and disco all mashed into one fantastic tune. Kindness was recently at Radio 1’s Maida Vale studios to record what turned out to be one of Zane Lowe’s “Favourite sessions of the year”.
