After their awesome Throw Me In The River LP last year, we're honoured to be the UK label for the new The Smith Street Band 7". Two non-album tracks, the 7" features I Scare Myself Sometimes - a collaboration with Lucy Wilson (of The Sugarcanes) and was recorded at the same time as Throw Me In The River "the track is a poetic narrative through the self-effacing mind of frontman Wil Wagner. Backed by a string section, it is a tale of heartbreak and hope; sex, love and self-destruction." The Smith Street Band is a special band, with a unique sound embracing the spirit of The Menzingers, Front Bottoms, Against Me! and The Weakerthans.

Marking the tenth anniversary of its release, and a European tour, This Machine is available for the first time on LP and has been re-mastered for vinyl.
Since it came out in in 2007, the album has become somewhat legendary in ska punk circles. The JB Conspiracy have toured the UK and Europe numerous times, playing with the likes of Less Than Jake, Rancid, The Skints, Reel Big Fish, Neville Staple, Streetlight Manifesto, Big D and The Kids Table, Voodoo Glowskulls and Catch 22, with festival performances at Slam Dunk, Boomtown, Guilfest, Rebellion, Dour and Jera On Air amongst many, many others.
