Jaws
Thursday 28th March
at New Slang, 9:00pm
Just before the release of their new album, JAWS play at New Slang.
The third full length album from the Birmingham band is titled The Ceiling, and it has seen them push their lush dream-pop / shoegazey indie-rock even further, experimenting with new textures and a larger sound. We're super excited to hear these new songs live and welcome them back to Kingston & New Slang.
Recording again with Gethin Pearson, who also produced 'Simplicity', the album represents another musical leap forward for the band, adding new textures and further honing a sound that has been theirs since their inception.
TIMES TBC, but we expect
Doors - 9:00pm Truman Dinosaur - 9:30pm JAWS - 10:30pm
Support for this show is coming from London's art-pop / indie-rockers, Truman Dinosaur, who were last here at New Slang supporting Peace a year ago.
New Slang is an over 18s event, and is strict on ID. Please bring photo ID with you on the night, whatever age you are.
