Just before the release of their third full length album, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes return to New Slang.
The hugely anticipated third full length album from the incredible Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes is titled End Of Suffering. He's been an all-time Banquet favourite with his ferocious and on-point punk-rock, one of the most important voices of the generation. We're really excited to hear what him and the gang have cooked up for this album, we already know it'll be special. His live shows are unmatched, don't miss out.
End Of Suffering - named after the Buddhist term for enlightenment- is the sound of a band entering an entirely new realm of the senses, a forty minute rock'n'rollercoaster of molten-hot bangers, scorched-soul ballads and grunge lullabies laced through with a lacerating lyrical honesty.
“I was in the middle of going through a divorce, and I was coming to terms with the way my relationships were going to change, in terms of co-parenting, so it wasn't easy to write a lot of these songs," says Frank with typical candour. "Everyone says you've got to ride the wave, well that's easy if you've got a surfboard. I can't even fuckin' swim."

Thursday 12th January at New Slang, 9:00pm
Just before the release of their second solo album, Frank Carter and The Rattlesnakes are coming back to Kingston!
Frank's played Kingston in various guises over the years, but after the anger of Gallows and the party of Pure Love, this seems like the middle ground of the two, under his own name. The new album, Modern Ruin is out the following week and this will kick off the year in style. One thing we're sure of, is Frank Carter has never put on anything but an amazing show, and his return to New Slang will be right up there, we're sure.
Support comes from: Mummy, expected on stage at 9.30pm
