at New Slang, 9:00pm Shortly after the release of their debut album, Coasts make their New Slang debut.The Bristol 5-piece are a really exciting prospect and look sure to do big things in 2016. They're a touring machine with shows including headlining The Scala and The Roundhouse, playing Reading and Leeds, and on Made In Chelsea(!) They play stadium euphoric indie-pop just right for those who love Bastille, Two Door Cinema Club or Kodaline. Support from London pop-rock four-piece Royals who only a few months old have already supported the likes of The Feeling and Wretch32! Stage times: Royals 9:45pm Coasts 10:45pm After the bands, we stay out till 2AM where you can expect to be dancing to Bombay Bicycle Club, The 1975, The Cribs and Wolf Alice and many more. Please bring your order number with you. Returning with their new studio album, Coasts play in the shop. Following up from their excellent debut album Coasts return with their second album This Life, Vol.1. Huge anthemic tunes with big synths, plenty of instrumentation and strong pop sensibilities. They were in the shop and played at New Slang last year and it's great to have them coming back. In-store Grade A. Anyone is welcome but priority will be given to anyone who orders a copy of This Life Vol. 1 from us.
