Without doubt, ‘Reiði’ marks a bold step forward in terms of vision, song-writing and musicianship, with a broader variety of instruments brought in to complement the material, and Holley’s natural ability to write truly memorable songs of meaning more evident than ever before. Recorded over the course of years of wild and remote traveling by Mark Holley, the album was finally recorded in Black Bay Studios on the Isle Of Lewis and Barxeta in Spain with legendary producer 'Dani Castelar'. The result is a rich, simmering and cold record that demands attention and re-visits.-In-store Grade B. The day after they release their debut album I'm Not Well, Black Foxxes drop into the shop for an all ages in-store! The Exeter three-piece have amassed a huge following in the last few months. Having only released two singles, they packed out their tent at this year's Download performance. They've featured on Vevo dscvr, Zayne Lowe premiered their latest single on his Beat 1 show and they open up the BBC Radio 1 stage at Reading & Leeds this year. Fans of Brand New and The Xcerts and Manchester Orchestra, this is something for you! 6pm start. In-store Grade B. They're coming back with Reidi (Reiði), showcasing their massive, grungy alt-rock sound but with a bigger and upbeat feel than before but no less emotive.
