New hand numbered 12" from Pick a Piper, the brainchild of Caribou live drummer Brad Weber, a collaborative project he shares with Angus Fraser, Dan Roberts and a few select others.

Earlier this year the band released a self titled LP through the Mint label that captured perfectly their attempts to form dance music through polyrhythmic percussion, atmospheric sound design and loopy melodies. Two of the tracks from that LP have now been remixed by Caribou main man Dan Snaith and his good friend Jeremy Greenspan for the latest 12" from Phonica Whites. Greenspan attacks "Lucid In Fjords" with the sort of colourful perma building verve that makes it hard to believe this is his first official remix, whilst in Snaith's hands "Once Were Leaves" becomes something a lot more abstract - sounds weirdly like SALEM if you can remember them.
