Just before the release of their new album Marble Skies, Django Django play at New Slang.

The acclaimed indie-dance / art-pop quartet Django Django are back with their third full length album Marble Skies. This is highly crafted experimental indie/dance fun and sees the band open up and explore new sounds and influences from dancehall to electro to jazz-fusion and more. If you're into the likes of Metronomy, Everything Everything, and Glass Animals then you'll have a great night out here.

‘Marble Skies’ is a more concise and focused offering which recalls the dynamic, genre-blurring music of their debut. It’s a return to form; an album which finds them returning to the handmade, cut-and-paste approach of the past.

After the show, it's New Slang as usual where you can expect to hear the likes of The 1975, Foals, Bombay Bicycle Club, Wolf Alice, alt-J and many more until 2AM.

No support for this show, so we'll open at 9:30pm with the band expected on stage at 10:30pm.

Album+Tickets are available from £12 or more ticket options are available here.

Please Note: The Hippodrome is an 18+ venue. Valid PHOTO ID will be required.

New Slang is held at The Hippodrome, 1 St James Road, Kingston, KT1 2AH
