PLEASE NOTE: Information regarding tickets is currently being sent later than normal due to lots of postponements, sometimes within 24 hours of the show.
We encourage everyone - regardless of vaccination status - to take a lateral flow test on the day of the show.
To be admitted to our shows, you will need to show proof of one of the below via the NHS COVID pass:
DOUBLE VACCINATION - you received your second COVID-19 vaccine at least two weeks ago*.
NEGATIVE TEST - a negative lateral flow or PCR test taken in the 48 hours prior to the show - we strongly recommend testing as close to the show as possible. Order free lateral flow tests
Proof of natural immunity can no longer be accepted as an alternative to proof of vaccination or recent negative test.
Masks are encouraged, but not mandated.
If you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend.
Admission is via e-ticket, so as to remain contactless. Your e-ticket will usually arrive a couple of days ahead of the show. Please check your spam folder.

The NHS COVID Pass
If you download the NHS App (as opposed to the NHS COVID-19 app), you can use the NHS COVID Pass to show your vaccination or lateral flow test status to our door staff as you enter the venue. Or, you can download and show an offline version or print a copy of your status and show the printed version instead.
If you don’t have access to a computer or smartphone, you can order a copy of the NHS COVID Pass letter if you have been vaccinated by telephoning 119. Please note that the letter can take up to 5 working days to reach you.
There are three ways to access the NHS COVID Pass. You'll need to do this BEFORE you attend the event.
How To Use The NHS COVID Pass
The NHS COVID Pass is available if you are registered with a GP in England and:
• Have had a full course of the COVID-19 vaccine (a full course is currently 2 doses of any approved vaccine)
• Have had your second dose of the vaccine at least 2 weeks ago (* or 2 weeks after one dose of the Janssen vaccine)
• Were vaccinated in England
• Are aged 16 or over
• And/or have logged your negative lateral flow test results within the past 48 hours
1. By Downloading And Registering For The NHS App
If you live in England, you can demonstrate your COVID-19 status via the NHS COVID Pass within the NHS App if you meet the vaccination criteria listed above or have logged a negative lateral flow test result in the last 48 hours.
The NHS App is free. but you do need to be over 16 and registered with a GP in England to use it.
If you are using your vaccination status to demonstrate your COVID-19 status: you can access your NHS COVID Pass whether or not you have verified your identity on the app. If you have not verified your identity, you will still be able to get your NHS COVID Pass but will not be able to see a separate screen with your vaccination data. If you have registered and verified your identity you will be able to see both your NHS COVID Pass and your vaccination data.
If you are using your negative lateral flow or PCR test result to demonstrate your COVID-19 status: you can only access your NHS COVID Pass if you have registered and verified your identity on the app. You should also log your lateral flow test results using the public reporting system. It can take up to two hours for your results to appear within the app.
Remember you will need to download and register for the NHS App, and check your status BEFORE travelling to a show.
If you're using a negative lateral flow or PCR test result to access your NHS COVID Pass, you will need to have verified your identity in the app in addition to having registered for the app. The verification process may take up to seven days, although on average this is completed in a much quicker time frame.
2. Access The NHS COVID Pass Through The NHS Website
You can view your COVID-19 status online and download or print it as a PDF document. To access the service, you’ll need to register for an NHS login if you do not have one already. NHS login registrations may take longer than usual when there are high numbers of requests.
You can access the NHS COVID Pass via the NHS website.
3. Request An NHS COVID Pass Letter To Be Posted To You
Request a letter only if you:
• Have been fully vaccinated by the NHS in England (you should wait 2 weeks after your second dose)
• Are aged 16 or over
The letter will be sent to the address registered with your GP. If you have recently moved house, make sure you’ve given your new address to your GP practice before requesting a letter.
The NHS COVID Pass letter will only show your vaccination status and not the results of a lateral flow test. The letter may take up to 5 working days to reach you. You can order an NHS COVID Pass letter in two ways:
Request an NHS COVID Pass letter via the NHS website:
You can request a letter by filling in a form online via requesting a COVID Pass letter via the NHS website.
Request an NHS COVID Pass letter by calling 119:
If you do not have access to a smartphone, computer or tablet you can call 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you. Phone lines can be busy, so please allow adequate time.
Under 16s cannot use the NHS COVID pass so will need to provide a negative test result reported via the NHS self-report tool.
Proof of vaccination / negative test result are not mandated for under 11s, but we encourage testing for everyone who's attending.
If you are medically exempt from vaccination and / or testing, from Saturday 25 December 2021 you will need to use the NHS COVID Pass to show this exemption. Application results may take 2-3 weeks, so please allow sufficient time.
The pass will not show others that you have a medical exemption, just that you have the NHS COVID Pass.
This is only available digitally – on the NHS app or the NHS website to download as a PDF. Paper versions will be available soon. Please refer to official government guidance to find out more.
