We're helping to #helptheskints with a fundraiser show in Kingston on Sun 20th May.

Jeez. It's been a terrible time recently for bands having their gear stolen.  No sooner had the punk community rallied to help get The Menzingers back on their feet than we hear that The Skints had their van nicked whilst parked up in Josh's street. 

Yeah, some stuff is insured, but far from all of it - you never get back what it's worth, it's a massive hassle sorting it all out and they're gonna be massively out of pocket for some time over this. 

Now, The Skints are one of our fave bands, we sell loads of their albums, we've put them on a dozen times and they were the first band on the wish list for Banquet's Big Day Out.  So we wanted to see if we could help.  And we can! 

We've hooked up a benefit show for the skint Skints on Sunday week at the place we first saw them, The Fighting Cocks.  The venue has helped us work this out so we are giving 100% of the door money to the band. So all ticket money is 'officially' a donation.  What we saw with The Menzingers tho, is that often people from further away want to get involved, so we're also facilitating a donation system - hopefully we can give our boys (and girl) something to get them back on their financial feet. 

Again, we've put a counter on this, just so we can all see how it's going. We started off with 100 £5 donations available, and 150 x £10 tickets

So here we go.  The Skints, in the small confines of The Fighting Cocks, all the money is going directly to them.  If you can help, then please do so.
