2009 has flown by and again we have had another year of quality records.

The staff of Banquet , New Slang and D.A.N.C.E. racked their brains to try and list their ten favourite records of 2009, and here we've got the results! All the arguing is out of the way with dubious re-issues and some singles that have slipped through the net, Harry couldn't decide specifically on a number 8 and Danny didn't even listen to 10 records this year but here it is in all it's glory!

We worked on a points system (#1 spot equalled ten points, #2 equalled nine points, etc) and after all the lists were finished we added all the points together and you can see what came out highest as the Official Banquet Records Albums of the Year! Have a Look! Individual charts then follow!
